I met up with Veronique, seemingly a macaron prodigy, and a mutual Francophile friend at Parc yesterday. Veronique brought along her macarons and we exchanged macarons for canele. These were stunningly luscious. Crisp meringues with rich clean flavors of raspberry and chocolate. Amazing.
