Jersey Asparagus, Mushroom and Reggiano Tarts

I am thrilled that we have a good supply of fresh organic pastured eggs!

This weekend both sweet and savory tarts use TapRoot Farm eggs.

The savory tart uses Jersey asparagus, wild and cultivated mushrooms and generous measure of Reggiano.
